Normally people love the originals, however great or flawed it may be. As for the sequels, they just knit brows and brushed them off, assuming nothing better than some botched tries, which either hitch on the previous blockbuster to cobble all its beauties together, or even ruin the fun for both once and for all. Same thing happens for the gaming world, where tons of ‘second or even third in line’ are going begging every day. So when hearing that Sony Online Entertainment is really gonna make its fantasy ‘quest’ an ‘ever’ ending story, we couldn’t help wriggling hands for this risky bet of the MMORPG tycoon.

Well, based on how things going on, the continuation of the ‘Everquest’, though going against much grain, works out surprisingly awesome! Though the story echoes and progresses pretty much from what had already happened, every bit of this 3D MMORPG speaks volume about brand new artistic refinement and solid upgrading on its predecessor. Instead of simply prolonging the fun as many did in vain, Everquest 2, however, makes it more spicy, addictive and controllable for fans old or new.

So here comes the greatest thing about EverquestⅡ. It doesn’t necessarily take a big fan of the franchise to get the gist and all the excitement exploring, killing and questing across the swashbuckling world. Things here totally get off the beaten track of the Everquest original, allowing newcomers to play with a whole new beginning and for a sheer unpredictable end as much as the vets do.

Not only did Sony realize to leverage its brand to churn out free to play mmorpg games, but it really want to dominate the social game market with Wildlife Refuge, The Agency: Covert Ops.

The story derails away from the old tale towards a more thrilling and challenging start. The world map expands into more mysterious and dangerous zones guarded by crueler evils you never laid eye on before. The quest spirals in number and difficulty with new power beings joining in as amusing travel pals, great fighting wingmen, or formidable rivalries along the way. The warfare escalates, with equipment upgraded, arsenals advanced, skills sharpened and combats varied in modes. Whether you are looking for a wilder ‘quest’ of your recurring dream, or to weave up a new one from scratch, EverquestⅡwill make it do respectively or even at the same time!

Even socializing, which is almost a cut-and-dried part for most MMOs, gives off new sparkles here in Everquest 2. Virtually everything can be put on for bid in the special trading system. Crafts, skills, energy and even lives can exchange hands as long as it help things out for guild-building, resource-supplying, or even look-lifting if you deem it worthy.

Features:

Everquest 2, though second in sequence of release, offers nothing less than the best in graphic designs, game content and character development.

Lavish PvE battles, up to 6000 quests, 19 races and more than 20 class options couldn’t possibly mean anything smaller than an epic questing fantasy, could they?

Customization supports and socializing richness got proved again such strong suits for Sony Online Entertainment in Everquest 2.

Surprise us with the final touches of difference YOU make to Everquest 2!
