Subgames, one of online game and MMO Game publishers, announced the license agreement with Heroic Era to publish browser Game Caesary, according to Subagames.

Caesary has been published by Aeria Games, NGames, Yoogames, R2Games, Kongregate, Lekool, Caesary Online, MochiGames, 337.com.

However, Aeria Games, Kongregate and Caesary Online broke up with China-based Heroic Era due to copyright infringement involved between Evony and Caesary.

According to the analysis, Aeria Games and Kongregate were earning too much than Heroic Era from organic and natural search engine results. That is why the dev team sought a reason labelled as copyright infringement to threaten game publishers, forcing them to terminate the agreement. Ultimately both of parties cannot make money.

More specially, Caesary is a great game, but it is ruined by mean guys.
