Having interactive items in your sky makes it look so much more exciting. You can find these items in the decoration panel under various categories (e.g. aircrafts category). 1. Solve missions.
  2. Play training games.
  3. Visit friends daily.
  4. Interact with friends.
  5. Login daily.

If you’re low in superpowers your superkid won’t be any help when someone is in trouble. You can restore superpowers by the following methods:

  • Regularly helping your superpower tree to grow.
  • Decorate your sky.

After you are done growing superpowers, your superpowers will go bad one times as fast as they took to grow.

For example, if you choose to grow superpowers that will take 5 minutes to mature, it will go bad 5 minutes after superpowers mature.

How do I recharge my energy?

Your superkid’s energy recharges daily but playing training games will use up energy. If your superkid needs more energy, try the following:

How do I interact with my friend’s superkid?

In My Superkid, interacting with friends is interesting and fun. There are two ways to interact with fellow superkids:
Direct Play : Simply by using the feather to tickle your friends, or pom-pom to cheer on your friends, you can increase their happiness and reap the rewards. The more happy your friends are, the more rewards you’ll get. You can use the feather or pom-pom to interact with friends in your friend list (bottom bar), or you can drag friends into your skyland and interact with them there.
Visiting : Visiting your friend’s skyland and admiring their handiwork is always fun. Not only will you be rewarded with money for your daily visits, but you will also encounter mystery boxes full of wonderful surprises.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can visit? Will the visiting reward change if I visit more friends?

Every superkid wants you to visit their skyland, so the more friends you visit, the more rewards you’ll earn! You’ll get more rewards for the first 20 friends you visit.

How do I add more friends?

Saving the world is hard without a bit of help from your friends. Invite them along on your quest, or join the fan page to find out more. It’s more fun with more super kid friends around.
Gifting

How do I give a gift to my friend? Is there a limit to the number of gifts I can give?

You can send a free gift to your friends by clicking on the “gift” icon at the bottom-right of the screen. You can only send one gift to a friend per day but there is no limit to the number of friends you can send to. Be a great friend and don’t forget to send gifts everyday!

How do I receive my gifts? Can I accept them all at once?

You can receive your gifts by opening the “Message Center” tab next to the “FAQ” tab. For your convenience, you can also accept all your gifts at once. Make sure you return your friends the favour and send them gifts back!

Training games

How do I play training games? Is there a limits to the number of games I can play?

At the moment, three training games can be played in My Superkid: flying, weightlifting and whack-a-friend. You can play training games as often as you like but with each game you will consume a certain amount of energy. The energy consumed is based on the difficulty level, and the rewards you get are based on your performance. Choose any training game you like and try to break your own record. New training games are constantly in the works and many more are on the way!

I’m terrible at training games, and can’t get the medal I want. How do I improve?

After playing a training game, you will be rewarded with either a gold, silver, or bronze medal based on your performance. If you can’t get the medal you want, why not try practice mode first? No energy in consumed in practice mode so you can practice as many times as you like. The more you practice, the better you’ll get.
Mission

What are the types of missions I can take? How do take them?

With great power, comes great responsibility. Superkids need to complete missions to save anyone who may need help. In order to complete missions, your superkid will need to collect the specific mission items required. There are three types of missions:

  • Regular mission – a standard mission to help out someone in need/danger.
  • Social mission – a mission to help out a fellow superkid in trouble.
  • News mission – an unexpected, “breaking news” crisis that only a superkid can take care of.

What is a mission item? How do I collect it? How do I see all the mission items I have collected?

A mission item is a tool that superkids can use in order to completes missions. Mission descriptions will suggest ways by which mission items can found. There are three ways of collecting mission items:

  • Through mystery boxes in a friend’s skyland
  • Friends may occasionally drop an item when you interact with them
  • Sending a request to your friend

Upon collecting mission items, your list of items will be automatically updated and shown in the mission panel. Once you have obtained the required items for a particular mission, you will be notified immediately.

What kind of rewards will I earn when I complete a mission?

When you complete a mission, skycoins and EXP will be given to you as a reward. You may also be rewarded with limited (special edition) items or clothes/accessories in specific missions.
Others

Since My Superkid will be releasing new features and new items regularly, how do I find out about all the new additions?

Reviews from Facebook Fans:

1, This game is a great passtime and an excellent way to bring people together to work towards a better community where you have to assist one another. The only down side is that it’s real time oriented and I am impatient lol. but other than that most definitely a good game. :D

2, Easily the best game available on facebook, and it is only in beta. With all of the annoying farmville clones and various attempts at rpgs here, its nice to see something with a bit of creativity. The puzzles are easily the best part of this game, as there are many available in the beta and they all have their own element of challenge. Well worth the time a time suck can give you.

3, the only thing thats missing is more design slots on the studio, and this game will be the best app on facebook thats all 8-bitty awesome.

4, I love the retro graphics, the mayor is well kinda…..too sarcastic for his own good , but i like him maybe if the people you saved like the mayors daughter and wife etc. counted toward you pop. cap beause none of my friends appreiate these graphics like i do.

5, Little Cave Hero has a quirky enjoyable retro-indie style to it, invoking the likes of Spelunky and other great cave exploration and mining games. Same old FB flash game w/micro-transactions formula, but not as bad as most of the interchangeable steaming pile of scamville out there.

Click on the tiles to dig them. Once you dig a tile, you may find a treasure chest, gold, an energy candy, or other items. Different objects (statues, pests, floor tiles, rocks) will use different amounts of energy.

Hidden Tiles

Sometimes tiles are hidden by statues and rocks and gates! Move your cursor over the tiles on the ground and the statues or rocks or gates will become transparent.

To see more of an area, left-click and HOLD on the screen, then move your mouse to “drag” the dig site so you can see more.

Pests

Tiles covered with boulders, spiders, scorpions, or crocodiles are especially hazardous to dig! They need to be dug 2 or even 3 times to be cleared. You can buy a special tool, like a Pest Fogger or Beast Zapper, to clear them in one action and with no energy loss.

Gates

Gates block off any part of a dig site that is North of the gate. Gates can only be opened by keys that match. Once you open the gate, you can dig the tiles behind it.

Keys

You can find keys several different ways: you can dig them up; you can get a key once a day from the keymaker in your home base; you can visit friends and get keys from their keymakers; and you can buy keys in the Store.

Energy

Your Energy will be used every time you dig a tile. You receive 5 Energy every 3 minutes. You can refill your energy with energy candies, coffee, receiving a gift of candy from a friend, or buying Energy Packs with diamonds.

XP and Levelling

You get XP for digging, completing Treasure Sets, and for performing various other tasks. The higher your level, the more you will unlock certain areas, get new items, and progress through the game.

Treasure

Treasures are buried throughout the archaelogical sites in Legend Hunter. When you collect them, they will be stored in your Treasure Chest. Some treasure pieces have important messages attached to them. You will need 5 Treasure pieces to complete a set. When you find a complete set, you will be rewarded with Gold and XP. You will also learn more about the history of this Treasure Set upon completion. You will find Treasure pieces by digging. You can also put missing pieces on your Wishlist (inside your Treasure Chest) and request the pieces from friends.

Gold

You will primarily find gold from digging tiles. Your piggy bank will have a little gold for you every day. You can also get a lot of gold from completing Treasure Sets. You can also buy more gold by using diamonds. Gold can be used for decorating your home base, buying coffee-making supplies, and buying other items.

Diamonds

Diamonds can be used for buying an Energy Refill, buying special tools (like the Pest Fogger), buying keys, and buying special decorations. You can get more Diamonds by clicking on “Add Diamonds” on the Top Right or clicking “Add Diamonds” at the bottom of the Store. You can buy Diamonds using any method you prefer.

Active Missions

The Missions are small missions you can do to accomplish certain goals. There are often rewards for accomplishing these tasks. You will receive new missions as you complete existing ones.

Map

Use the Map button to see what dig sites are available to explore. The map will list what portion of the site’s tiles you have dug. Some areas can only be opened with Diamonds, by having enough Friends, or by being of a certain Level. Follow the path to follow the storyline.

Store

You can go to the Store to buy items and tools you would like to use in your quest. Some items are available for Gold, others are available only for Diamonds.

Fogger, Zapper, and Bomb

The Pest Fogger, Beast Zapper, or Bomb can be bought for a small amount of Diamonds. They take care of spiders and scorpions, crocodiles, and boulders without any energy cost, and in one action!

Neighbors Bar

The Neighbors Bar on the bottom shows you which of your friends that you have invited to be your Neighbor in Legend Hunter with you. The blue circle next to their name tells you what Level your friends are on. You can track the progress of your friends. You can see how your friends have decorated their home bases. You can visit your Neighbors’ home bases to get items, like Gold and keys.

Sharing

You can share achievements with friends. Notifications will come to you when you accomplish goals like reaching a new level, completing a treasure set, or finishing a new dig site. You can also Publish your Wish List, so your friends can help with Treasure pieces you may be missing.

Gifting

You can send gifts to friends, like energy, keys, and gold. You can also help them by responding to a Wish List message and sending a missing piece.

Home Base

Your home base is a very important part of Legend Hunter. You can decorate it with items bought in the store, and you can also buy special items that stay in your home and give certain rewards. A helpful piggy bank and an enthusiastic coffee machine are permanent parts of your home – the bank helps you by saving up your gold and giving you a daily reward, and the coffee machine will make you coffee (energy) depending on how you stock it. Your home also has a Keymaker, which will give you a key each day you play. You can name your home base by clicking on its name box while you’re visiting it.

The Piggy Bank

The piggy bank brings you gold every day. Make sure to visit daily, so it will have gold for you. You can also visit your friends’ homes and get gold from their piggy banks. Also, the piggy bank has one other benefit. If you dug some treasure pieces up but left them laying in a dig site, it will pick them up for you. You will see a brown parcel on the right side of the screen with your missing pieces.

Keymaker

Your keymaker produces a different color of key everyday. Each of your friends can provide you with a key from their home base, but the key will always be one color from the same friend (hint: the keymaker color will match the key color your friend gives you).

Coffee machine

The coffee machine in your home base will brew coffee for you. The type of supplies you choose will determine how quickly and what kind of coffee it makes. The more intense the coffee drink, the more energy you get.

Rita (your guide)

Rita is your guide, joining you in the beginning of the game. She will often give you hints as to what items are in the area where you’re digging. Rita will also help you figure out what certain treasure sets mean. Listen to her closely, as there’s more to the story . . .

Dialogue Boxes

You will see dialogue boxes come up when you accomplish certain goals, like new levels, or completing certain dig sites. Often times, you can share this information with your friends by clicking “Share”. You can close boxes by clicking on “Cancel”, “Share”, or “X”.

Magic Islands

Posted by – April 21, 2011

Magic Islands is a New city building game that is exclusively available on Facebook.com. You are destined to be a powerful ruler who constructs your secure home island, ultimately conquering the whole world.

Like most of city building games on Facebook, Magic Islands offer a quantity of quests to explore, and a plenty of rewards each time you accomplish your quest.

Magic Islands follows the fundamental rules of what kingdoms of camelot, Ikariam, and other browser-based MMOs are characterized by such as, city building, quest fulfilling, treasure hunting, reward claiming and etc.

Hurry up to build a gold mine, a sawmill and a quarry, because you need resources to construct buildings ships and train units.

Whenever you are looking for help, you are able to open the Help tutorial in the navigation bar. But the tutorial is just a static introduction with no detailed strategy and tactics.

There are 12 buildplaces and one shipyardplace at each settlement. Each building except the Townhall has different prerequisites which have to be fullfilled before you can build this house. Make sure you have plenty of gold in the beginning to speed up your building processes.

The town hall is the most important building in your settlement. It serves as the center and is needed to construct other buildings. By upgrading your town hall, more building types will be unlocked.

In Research page, you can develop your settlements by using new technologies and researches. For researching you need the resource “Knowledge”. It is produced by all your settlements and your colleges.

Are you ready to produce gold and build Town Hall for your settlement?

War Metal: Tyrant

Posted by – April 21, 2011

War Metal: Tyrant is a new online collectible card game (CCG) for Facebook and is set in a battle scene that revolves around the future hi-tech warfare. It is expected to enhance the gaming experience of the original War Mental community by introducing collectible card game players to the tile. Compared with other similar titles on Facebook like Wizard of the Coast’s Magic: The Gathering Tactics, which takes the concept from the classic physical collectible card games but rather works on the turn-based SLG system, Tyrant comes closer to mimic the gameplay of an authentic CCG than any of its competitors. So, come and fight with the imperial forces against the brutal Raiders or build a powerful deck to defeat other FB players.

If you have ever played Magic: The Gathering, you will soon familiarize yourself with the game. In fact, anyone will- thanks to the absence of mana pool cards, which means that veteran players may find gameplay a bit watered down.

Just like a real collectible card game, you start off game with a starter deck with one commander slot and a random sampling of cards. There are over 300 cards classified into 5 types cards available for your collection. After selecting one of two available factions, you are then prompted to do the tutorial missions. Each match shuffles your selected deck of 10 cards (You can create an extra deck when you reach level 4) and presents you with three cards in hand to choose from for the first turn. You will also need to draw one card for each turn from your second turn. You play with one of these randomly selected cards from your 10-card deck for each turn with the objective of dropping the opposing Command’s health to zero. Your combat unit card will attack your enemy unit card if it stands in your way. The amount by which the defense unit HP reduces is determined by the attack value of offense unit. When it drops to zero, then the unit card is removed from the game. If there is no enemy card, your unit card will attack the enemy commander directly. Proper deck construction is the heart of joy of playing Tyrant as well as the key to success. Both newbie players and seasoned players enjoy finding new ways to create a balanced deck. There is also much incredible variance in Tyrant, like many other games, it combines chance and skill. But it is very hard to decipher until you have played the game for quite a long time.

As you progress through the campaign, you can buy additional cards either through real world currency or ingame gold bars you earned for winning each match.

One of the greatest attractions of mmo games like this one should be the artwork of each card. But Tyrant stumbles a bit here as you never really get to see a full body portrait of units other than thumbnails. In addition, players of higher levels will find themselves only able to play a few matches per day thanks to the huge energy cost of those difficult missions, although the energy consumption is relatively low and it refills with satisfying speed at the initial stage.

Overall, Tyrant is a competitive social diversion for both original War Metal players and veterans of CCGs. It has an excellent introduction to the concept for fresh players. However, the awkward energy consumption problem may probably keep some dedicated players away.

NBA Dynasty

Posted by – April 20, 2011

NBA Dynasty is a Facebook game in which you are able to trade players and bring them into Play ground to compete with your friends.

Basically, This game is a great concept, but the implementation did not live up to our expectations. Basically you have to spend real dollars to buy good players in order to win. If you just try to build a team off coins, you will be 15-45 before you know it!

Of course, there will be plenty of ways for you to acquire high ranked players without spending money. You can get them as level or Dynasty rewards or as an achievement. Later on you can also buy players for coin. However, it is hard to get nice players since the game mechanisms force you to spend money to go ahead.

Safari Life

Posted by – April 13, 2011

Safari Life is new Harvesting facebook game where you can create you animal avatar to build your safari using different tools. Plant seeds and harvest your crops today!

In Safari Life you create a Safari full of life from a dead piece of land. After you revive the land you can start saving animals. Animals need food, water, and living space to survive. The place that provides these needs is called habitat. In Safari Life you will make coins from visitors to further improve and expand your Safari. The more animals and trees you save, the more coins you will make per visitor.

You can change your keeper appearance by clicking on your avatar. This will display the Avatar Editor.
Animals

You have to maintain a balanced habitat. Keeping an approximate ratio of 4 patches of grass/flowers per animal ensures the balance of the Habitat. Animals cannot be placed over bad land! Click on any animal to open the animal’s menu. The available actions of an animal depend on the specie and the game status.

How to make more coins?

* Getting visitors to your Safari. Animals and other objects will earn you “coins per visits”. Coins generated by animals depends on the animal’s health. 0% Health makes you 0 coins!
* You can sell the extra water of your Water Producing items: Windmill, Electric Water pump…
* You can sell Clean Energy from energy producing items: Solar Panel, Wind Turbine…
* You can earn coins by helping neighbors and friends.

How to plant seeds and harvest your crops?

* Plow the land using the Plowed Tool located above the soil healing tool.

* Click on the plowed land and it should take you to the Seeds department in the Safari Store. Select the desired seed and that will plant it. Clicking with the selected seed on other plowed land will keep planting the same seed.

* Wait the “harvest time” until you can harvest your crops. The “harvest time” information is available in the Safari Store. Hovering over a planted piece of land will tell you in hours and minutes when the crops will be ready to harvest.

* Wither time: your crops will wither out in the same amount of time they took to get ready. For example a seed that has a harvest time of 2 days will wither out 2 days + 2 days = 4 days after the planting day; it the harvest time is 4 days, the crops will wither out in 8 days…. But the wither time will never be less than 1 day. In the case of a 2 hours harvest time seed, it will wither out 24 hours after planting. This is done this way to make the planting and harvesting easy on the players.

* To harvest your crops you have 2 choices: harvest and sell and harvest and store.
Harvest and sell:

This tool shows by itself when the mouse is over crops that are ready to harvest.

Harvest and store:

You have to choose this tool. It is located above the Arrow Tool. To get this tool you need to have the Food Storage. The small Food Storage is FREE and it is available in the Safari Store.

* The Never Wither spell: A neighbor or friend can cast the “Never Wither” spell on your crops.
To earn the Never Wither secret, a player needs to finish one of the quests of the game.

How to attract visitors to your Safari?

* Ask your Facebook Friends to come over to visit your Safari.
* Add neighbors to generate more visits to your Safari. Neighbors have the added benefit of generating extra Word of Mouth visits.
* Visit and Help Neighbors and Friends and they would likely return the favor back by visiting your Safari.
* Advertise your Safari. Check the store for more details.

Level and Experience

Actions like healing soil, saving animals, helping friends and buying items award experience points. As these points accumulate the Safari keeper raises his level and more items are unlocked.

Glad to have you on the team. I am here to give you crash-training course to ensure everything goes smoothly from here on out. I hear you’re a top recruit, so it shouldn’t take you long to pick it up.

Searching the Map

The display on your terminal shows you what resources you have available, and a map of the location where your ground team is deployed.

Decide where you want us to investigate. We’ll check it out for your. Sometimes that’s going to be talking to locals or intercepting communications. Once in a while, it will be full-out raid.

Energy Units

Budget cuts being what they are, you will have to monitor our energy ration carefully. You can see how much energy we have at the top of your display. Each time you send your ground team to check out an area on the map, it will cost us one energy unit. if we run out, you will have to wait for our mobile generators to recover before we can keep going.

Recharge

Sometimes we will pick up a few spare energy capsules. Every 10 capsules can be fed into our generator to create 1 more recharge kit – they can boost us back to full power.

You may also be able to share some recharging kits with other agents.

Locked information

Once in a while, we need access to information locked in a safe. Keep an eye out for clues to the code word.

Zooglio

Zooglio is your one-stop data shop. You can go straight to Zooglio.com anytime for news, weather, that kind of thing. But you are an agent now, which means you can get security clearance for all kinds of other information. For example, you can look up Council on American Heritage to find our site. Just enter the name into the search bar on the lower right.

Files

The files display shows all of the resources and information you have collected so far. You will want to go back and look in your files carefully for leads or coded messages from time to time.

Sometimes our targets use covert means to communicate. When you see something a little strange in a clue, you have picked up, it is always a good idea to search Zooglio to see what turns up.

Agent Exchange

Sometimes you will need to talk through the evidence with other agents. The agent exchange is a place to interact with your agent community. You can go there to talk about evidence, share theories on the motives of your perps or share your thoughts on the mission as a whole. It is a confidential network, so feel free to get it off your chest.

Your Agent profile will track mission objectives, puzzles, clues and your agent reputation. Go post on the Agent Exchange to build your reputation among your fellow agents.
